30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Nova Botanics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Unopened and sealed (for consumable products)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Opened consumable products (teas, wellness blends) unless defective
  • Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@kwnovamarketfitness.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
